Time Doctor Demo: Try the Interface Yourself

Screenshots only tell you so much. This is a working recreation of the Time Doctor web app, loaded with a sample 21-person remote team and two months of tracked work, so you can click through the screens a manager uses every day. Nothing is saved and no account is needed — refresh to start over.

Things worth trying

Track time from the desktop app

Time Doctor tracks from a small desktop app, not the website. Open it with “Track time” in the bottom corner, pick a task, then check Reports › Timeline: your row turns green and shows “Tracking”.

Read the Team Dashboard

Switch between Today, Past 7 days and Past 30 days to see the overview strip, trend charts, the most and least productive people, idle time and work-life balance flags change with the period.

Change what counts as productive

In Settings › Productivity Ratings, mark youtube.com as Neutral or slack as Unproductive. Productivity percentages on the dashboard and in Web & App Usage recalculate straight away.

Add manual time and approve it

Open Edit Time, pick Carlos M and click an empty part of his timeline. His manual time needs approval, so it lands in Approvals, stays out of reports, then counts once you approve it.
