About TrackeyFlow
Independent reviews and comparisons of time tracking software — built for the people who actually have to use it.
Our Mission
TrackeyFlow was created to cut through the noise in the time tracking software market. There are dozens of tools out there, all promising to be the best. Our job is to test them rigorously, compare them honestly, and tell you exactly which one fits your specific use case.
We believe that the right tool depends on your team size, your industry, your billing model, and how your team actually works. Generic "best of" lists don't serve you well — so we go deeper.
Editorial Independence
We earn revenue through affiliate commissions when readers click our links and make purchases. This revenue supports the site and keeps our content free. However, it never influences our ratings, rankings, or editorial recommendations. We follow strict editorial guidelines to ensure every review reflects our honest assessment of each tool.
See our review methodology and affiliate disclosure for full details.
Who's Behind TrackeyFlow
Two people run this site, and we'd rather you know exactly who does what.
Amin Ben Hlimais the founder. He started TrackeyFlow, owns the brand, and runs the operations side — the direction of the site, what gets covered, and how it's funded (affiliate commissions, never paid placements).
Saif Hamdihandles the technical side, SEO, and the content — and he's the one who actually tests the tools. He signs up for each one, sets up a real account, and uses it the way you would: not a guided vendor demo, not a press kit. When a review carries his byline, it's because he sat down with the tool, hit the limits of the free plan, dug through the settings, and formed an opinion.
That's the whole point of the site. Most "best time tracker" pages are rewrites of marketing copy by someone who never opened the app. Here, if a timer is clunky, an export is broken, or a price jumps the second you add a sixth seat, you'll read about it — because it happened during testing, not because a spec sheet said so.
Want the exact process? It's written down: how we pick tools, how we set them up, and how we score them, step by step, on our review methodology page.
