RescueTime Demo: Try the Interface Yourself
Screenshots only tell you so much, and RescueTime is a hard app to judge from them — almost everything on screen is a number derived from how you categorised your own activities. This is a working recreation of both modules, loaded with a sample week, so you can move an activity and watch the rest of the app change. Nothing is saved and no account is needed — refresh to start over.

Things worth trying
Move an activity and watch the score follow
Open Categorize Activities from the account menu, push YouTube from Distracting into Focus Work, then go back to the dashboard. The Productivity Pulse, the category bars and the productivity report all move with it — because they are all derived from that one board.
Read a day the way RescueTime does
The dashboard shows hours logged, the pulse out of 100, and where the time went. Flip the all time / work hours switch to drop evenings and weekends, then step back a few days with the arrows — weekdays and weekends look very different.
Set a goal, then break it
Goals & Alerts scores live against the day you are viewing. Add a goal of more than four hours of focus work and it will likely fail on a real day; set one for less than an hour of distraction and see whether today passes.
Turn tracked activity into billable time
Switch to the Timesheets module from the top-left. The Timeline shows what the tracker actually saw, hour by hour — drop a project block on top of it, then run the Reports screen to see hours, billable share and the bill.
