Everhour Demo: Try the Interface Yourself
Screenshots only tell you so much. This is a working recreation of the Everhour web app, loaded with a sample studio whose projects come from Asana, Jira, ClickUp and Basecamp, so you can click through the screens the way you would on day one. Nothing is saved and no account is needed, refresh to start over.

Things worth trying
Track time against a task, not a project
This is the thing that makes Everhour different. Click the search bar at the top of Time, pick a task out of Asana, Jira or ClickUp, and hit Start Timer. Everything downstream, budgets, reports and invoices, hangs off that task.
Fill in the weekly timesheet
The Timesheet tab is a grid of tasks and days. Type into any cell (1:30, 1.5 and 90m all work) and the day, row and week totals recalculate. Timecard next to it shows the same day as clock-in and clock-out instead.
Plan the week, then check the plan
Create an assignment on the Timeline or the Resource Planner and watch the day cells fill against each person's capacity. The Resource Planner report then puts those planned hours next to the hours actually tracked.
Open a report dashboard
Reports lists the seven dashboards Everhour ships with. Projects Budget shows what is close to its threshold, Clients Profitability nets billable value against cost, and Billability vs. Utilization splits each person's week.
